DO YOU ALSO SHIP ABROAD?

HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?
Shipping costs are CHF 7 for Switzerland. For other countries, the costs vary. Please contact us by email if you wish to ship outside of Switzerland:info@herclothes.ch .
WHAT ARE THE PREPARATION AND SHIPPING TIMES?
Orders are shipped within 24/48 hours.
They are delivered in 2/3 working days.
HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
After an order has been placed, we will send you a confirmation email as soon as your package has been shipped. You can then check the delivery progress on our website in the "Track my order" tab using your email address and order number.
HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER?
Simply select your items and click the "ADD TO CART" button. Repeat for each item, then go to your cart and follow the steps to complete your order until payment. We will prepare your order and send you an order confirmation email.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards. Checks and money orders are not accepted.
IS PAYMENT SECURE?
Absolutely, our store is fully secure and we have SSL encryption to protect your personal and confidential data. We use Stripe's secure payment systems.
I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Have you received confirmation that your order has been shipped? If your order has been shipped for more than 5 days, please contact us with your order number. We will investigate and get back to you within 48 hours.
I RECEIVED A DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEM, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
We're sorry, but this can happen. Please contact us, explaining the problem and attaching a photo as proof, and we'll do our best to find a solution.
I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH MY ORDER, CAN I GET A REFUND?
Absolutely, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to return any product that does not give you complete satisfaction.
You must inform us by email:info@herclothes.ch and return your items to the address indicated in this return email.
Returns are made exclusively by post to our address and the return costs remain your responsibility, communicated by email in return for your request. Upon receipt, your order will be fully refunded within a few days.
WHAT ARE THE CONDITIONS FOR BENEFITING FROM THE “SATISFIED OR YOUR MONEY BACK” GUARANTEE?
You must be within 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to be able to benefit from the "Satisfied or Refunded" guarantee, you must contact us before any return in order to follow the procedure indicated and the product must be returned to us in its original condition and packaging.
IN WHICH CASES WILL I NOT BE ABLE TO BE REFUNDED?
- If the product has been used, washed, damaged, perfumed and is therefore not resalable as is.
- If the shipment did not arrive at its destination due to an error in the delivery address indicated when ordering.
- If the returns process has not been followed.
