Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your package. The item must not have been worn, soiled, washed, damaged, or perfumed; otherwise, we will not be able to refund you.
Refund
In case of a refund, you will receive a confirmation before receiving the refund. The refund will be made via the payment method used when paying for your order. It may take a few days after the refund is validated for the money to arrive at your home.
Delivery
Delivery is made via the Post Office. Once the package is sent, it is generally delivered within 2-3 business days.
